I spy . . . . .

Day 8

So today I got a surprise gift, a very early birthday present.

With my new gift unwrapped I decided it was time to feed the birds (especially now we have no birds nest or fledglings)

Yes I got a spy camera

After a very quick look at the instructions I planted it at the back door and retreated into the house.

Within minutes Mr/Mrs Magpie came for a look at the food on offer.
(I was looking from the window and spooked him away)

I've reset the camera to video and I'm trying to stay away from the window.

  1. Cool camera, where did you acquire it? Always wanted one of those but couldn't justify the cost to the wife!

    1. I think it was from Amazon. I didn't ask how much it was, it can spoil your enjoyment. Now I'm just looking for places to try it!! It's attached to the sandpit leg today. Sarah

    1. Overnight and early this morning we had blackbirds, sparrows and magpies. I've moved it to try and catch the mouse that lives under the rabbit hutch!! Sarah

    1. Thanks Amanda, but it's a very early birthday gift!! My birthdays in late July. We've talked about trail cameras on and off for ages and it's proving to be fun for us all. Sarah
