Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day.

Today has been a day of the three 'C'


First we had Croissants (in bed, delivered by the children, very nice)


Then I got Cards (also delivered whilst in bed)


Then Cake  (several slices throughout the day !!)


To combat the excess of cake we had a lovely walk.
The children even found a mysterious locked box in the woods.

      It was a lovely walk. But sorry I can't tell you what's in the box because we couldn't open it!! We know the local countryside ranger who looks after the area, so we are going to ask him next time we see him (usually the first Saturday of the month). Sarah
